1. During Corona Lockdown period: During April 2020 we launched the program REACH THE UNREACHABLES  to help the invisible and unreachable Differently Abled Persons (DAPs) living in remote villages across the State and helped them with the monetary assistance of Rs. 1000/- per person and we helped more than 1000 differently abled persons with financial support through Bank NEFT Transfer to the individual beneficiaries Bank Accounts.
  2. April 2020 - On 24.04.2020 we distributed relief materials to about 50 differently abled persons viz, vegetables, provisions, face masks, food packets and kabasura kudineer etc. during Corona lockdown period.
  3. May 2020 – On 11.05.2020  we have collected raw rice of 1000kgs from donors and distributed to 100 differently abled persons in our association office at 10kgs per persons, and also distributed packets containing  provisions viz, dhal, oil, tamarind, turmeric, chilli powder, garlic, pepper, jeera, sugar, sambar mix, salt etc for one month requirement. We also distributed masks, gloves, sanitaizer, tissue paper, soaps etc to 100 peoples.
  4. June 2020 – On 30.6.2020 we distributed to differently abled persons tricycles, wheelchairs, crutches, sewing machines to 10 differently abled persons
  5. July 2020 – On 13.07.2020 we distributed to 25 differently abled persons rice, & provisions, for three-month requirement.
  6. Sep 2020 – We conducted International Webinar on Global Issues of Differently Abled for 1 week from 20th Sep 2020 to 26th Sep 2020, daily from 5.00 pm to 8.00pm and representatives from disability sector participated from Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, France, America, Srilanka, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Mauritius and different states in India viz, Kerala, Andhra, Karnataka, TamilNadu  & Puduchery
  7. Oct 2020 – On 27.10.2020 we collected 5000 face masks, gloves, etc from former Mayor of Chennai Corporation Thiru. Ma. Subramanian  who is at present the Health Minister of Govt of TamilNadu and distributed the same to 1000 differently abled persons.
  8. Nov 2020 – On 03.11.2020 we distributed sarees to 200 poor women  sarees tricycles, and sewing machines, and food articles.
  9. Dec 2020 – On 19.12.2020 we distributed calipers, to differently abled persons 
  10. Jan 2021 -  we distributed Pongal gifts viz., cash gift of Rs. 200/- and rice bags & groceries worth Rs. 250/- per person for 200 differently abled women.
  11. Feb 2021 – we distributed 2 nos tri-cycles & 2 nos wheel chairs and self employment assistance for 3 differently abled women.
  12. Mar 2021 – We distributed  2 tri-cycles & 1 wheel chair to the differently abled persons.
  13. April 2021 – We distributed groceries and provisions worth Rs. 500/-per person for 300 differently abled.
  14. May 2021 – We distributed tri-cycles & wheel chairs to 75 differently abled persons from Kanchipuram & Tiruvallur Districts.
  15. June 2021- We organized special immunization camp with the help of Chennai Corporation and the Chennai District Office of Differently Abled and 75 differently abled persons were vaccinated with Covid Sheild/Covaxin. We also distributed Covid Relief Kits – groceries and rice bags worth Rs. 500/- each to 2500 differently abled persons in Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur, Ranipet, Chengalpet & Chennai Districts.
